Hello Adam. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to service your Ford F-150. I'm sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your repairs. Per our discussions, you had multiple factors contributing to your check engine light: the cracked vacuum hose that we repaired was only one of the contributors. We waived our diagnostic fee and explained that this would likely not resolve the check engine light for any duration of time without properly resolving the other factors.
