I was out of town, and needed to get in for a last minute appointment. The customer service from the initial phone call until I picked up my car was hands down the best I have ever received. The pricing was very reasonable, and the services performed were high quality. Although it is out of town for me, I will be booking my services with them moving forward!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company, they are family oriented, they truly care about their customers and I feel appreciated when I bring my business their way. I can definitely say that, for many, many years, I have enjoyed the wonderful and professional service that I have received from Justin and his team at Just Automotive! Work was always done quickly and thoroughly, and if for any reason I needed a loaner vehicle, it was always provided for me. In fact, when I taught in Williamsburg, there were many occasions where Just Automotive would pick up my car at the school parking lot in the morning, take care of it, and return it to the school by the end of the day, ready for me to head home. (Who offers service like THAT these days?!) Well, I guess I can't promise that they will do that for EVERYONE, but you can be sure that I always appreciated it! Give them a try, and I would be willing to bet that you'll be a satisfied customer, too!

I am so very impressed with Just Automotive. The car would not start - basically dead. The car was towed to Just Automotive and within a short time I received a text about my car listing all the things that were looked at - along with pictures if that was appropriate. I am from Chicago and I have never received that service from a repair shop. Additionally, Josh the front desk representative was so very courteous and helpful. Finally, the price was reasonable for what was done with my car. Well done!

I have gone to Just for years with multiple vehicles and have always been treated with the utmost care and excellent customer service. Rates are reasonable and the repairs needed are clearly explained beforehand and completed in a timely manner. They don't try to pressure or upsell when giving recommendations on needed maintenance or repair, which I very much appreciate. They provide honest estimates and information for projected repairs and their website is filled with helpful tidbits. Just Automotive is an asset to and valuable partner in the Williamsburg community and I'm happy to be one of their clients.
