I am so happy that we have Just Automotive as our maintenance center for our 2 vehicles. First and foremost they are very Professional and explain everything in detail when we have questions. They were very friendly with me and got it done quick once the instance nightmare and the parts got there. If you’re a Karen or a Keven this is probably not the place for you though. I’m old poor and I usually have to do all my repairs on my own so the price was high for me but they tell you the price and have you pay before so you don’t jump into something you can’t handle which is smart and awesome. Definitely affordable compared to going to a dealership. For sure will come here again if I run into a problem YouTube and swearing can’t fix. Oh also I’m a women and they didn’t try to talk down to me or overcharge me and I sound like I’m 12 over the phone so if your a woman and you don’t have a husband dad or brother to call for you your probably safe here. Also I’m weird “like any female comedian weird” and they laughed at my jokes and didn’t go all Gen Z Stare at me so that was cool too.
