I took my car in because I was experiencing a rattle. I asked the technician to treat my car as if it was their own child driving it. They got approval to do some diagnostics and said it would not be worth fixing and it was time to buy a new car. They very easily could have suggested I fix it thus spending more money with them, but I appreciate the honesty.

Everything on diagnosis was explained fully. This was the first time I had and used an extended warranty. Chad dealt with the warranty company directly, which was less stress for me. Right CVA was the cause of the shaking in the front with acceleration. Only took 3 days total. Runs great.

Always great service, amazing staff and I love how I get a report and pictures of issues with my car. They have noticed things other shops “fixed” and didn’t .
