I’d heard great things about Just Automotive and I’m happy to say they are all that and more! They accommodated getting my car in on short notice, made a service plan, and when they performed the full inspection they sent me a link with the details, plus photos, of how it turned out. They sent a detailed estimate and worked with me for what I wanted to prioritize vs wait on. Communication via text was so helpful so I could take my time to process the information, as well as respond when it was convenient vs trying to play phone tag during the work day. I had a great relationship with my previous mechanic and was sure I’d never find another place I’d trust like that, but that apprehension is now a thing of the past! I’ll definitely be back and will send others their way as well.
