Took my car in for a terrible grinding sound. They had the issue diagnosed and an estimate quickly. Excellent communication and customer service. Drives like a brand new car!!

Long story short, had a problem on the interstate headed for vacation stopped in at the one right off the interstate. They were busy that gentleman told me to go down to the one that they’re in town went there and they were looking at it worked it in and it was more extensive. They were wonderful. We kind of hung out through the town that day trying to find transportation to get on the road for vacation got that all settled. They had my car for quite some time. They have done everything that my insurance asked of them and unfortunately, my insurance wanted it to go to a body shop, but I can’t say enough about Just Automotive they are right on it. They were willing to do whatever needed done all very pleasant. I dealt with Chad mostly and the owner has a weeks went on while I did get on my vacation, these guys are awesome. I would highly highly recommend them and I live three hours away and sometime in the future might be worth it for me to go get it serviced. Just Automotive is fabulous.

Always have a great experience at Just Automotive. They are fast and very friendly. They send out text reminders to get your oil changed which is very helpful and I love getting the coupons in the mail. You can't go wrong, both locations are great!

I was 10 hours into my 30 hour drive and heard a rattling noise in my car. I called and they were able to get me in immediately and fix my problem so I could get back on the road. Friendly staff and very clean environment. Thank you!!!

I really didn't know what to expect - had some coupons from this place and it was closer than the dealership where I had previously taken my car for years. What a welcome change. Super friendly, great customer service, nice, clean and quiet waiting room. Restroom was spotless. Called on Tuesday afternoon, got in on Wednesday morning - just for an oil change. My car is over 100k miles - not only did they check it over thoroughly, but they provided a detailed account of the 33 point inspection - complete with photos and extra details where applicable and texted all of this info right to my phone. I was in and out of there in just over 45 minutes. Wish I had come here sooner. At the dealership, I was used to waiting 2 hours, dealing with either cranky or inexperienced staff, getting my car back and wondering if they had done anything at all, because they certainly never shared anything with me unless it was something they could charge for. Just Automotive is the polar opposite - 5+ stars in my book. They have earned a loyal, new customer.
