I cannot say enough good things about Just Automotive. Just Automotive uses a digital inspection system that texts you photos and detailed explanations of what they find, what needs attention now, and what can wait. Everything is simple, transparent, and incredibly easy to understand. You can even text your service advisor directly, which is something I have never experienced anywhere else. Both times my car needed to stay for about a week, they provided me with a loaner vehicle which took so much stress off the situation. That level of customer care is rare. What really stands out is how willing they are to answer questions and explain everything without making you feel rushed or talked down to. They really go above and beyond to make sure you understand what is happening with your vehicle. They truly are good, honest small-town people with the technology and professionalism of a big dealership. It is the best of both worlds.
