I really didn't know what to expect - had some coupons from this place and it was closer than the dealership where I had previously taken my car for years. What a welcome change. Super friendly, great customer service, nice, clean and quiet waiting room. Restroom was spotless. Called on Tuesday afternoon, got in on Wednesday morning - just for an oil change. My car is over 100k miles - not only did they check it over thoroughly, but they provided a detailed account of the 33 point inspection - complete with photos and extra details where applicable and texted all of this info right to my phone. I was in and out of there in just over 45 minutes. Wish I had come here sooner. At the dealership, I was used to waiting 2 hours, dealing with either cranky or inexperienced staff, getting my car back and wondering if they had done anything at all, because they certainly never shared anything with me unless it was something they could charge for. Just Automotive is the polar opposite - 5+ stars in my book. They have earned a loyal, new customer.
