If I have an issue with 1 of my cars, I am taking it to Just. They do fine work. Communication on those issues is 1st rate and I have always found their cost to be most reasonable.

I have used Just Auto since I moved to Williamsburg. Such a kind, professional and talented team! I recently got married and now my husband takes his car there. My Mom and Dad moved here last year and my Dad uses them, too! They will text you the service evaluation, with colored pictures, so you can see each and every service point that they check and if their is something wrong with the vehicle, you are able to see. The family sends out thank you cards and a lottery ticket at times just to take the time to thank their loyal patrons. Even in the summer, they may put a bottled water and other goodies in your car. Down home service and kindness.

They were able to get my van in and rotate tires and do an alignment the next day from when I called. They did a great job. Thanks for your great service.

Everyone here are so nice and make you feel like you matter. They take the time to go over things with you. In my case I had the car home and they called me because they thought of something else to try for my car. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend this place for any service. I was driving home from Missouri to Wisconsin and had vehicle troubles along I80. Pulled into their shop and asked if they could help me out by looking at the issue. Even with a full schedule they took the time and fixed my vehicle in a few hours. They went way above and beyond what I was expecting and feel very fortunate that the issue happened near their shop. Thanks again Travis

What incredible shop ..HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Stopped in after looking for local shop off I-80. Walked in to the cleanest shop and SMALL town hospitality, everyone so friendly and helpful. After test driving my car and put it on lift they took me back and explained and showed me what they seen. I Left my car at shop and the owner gave me and ALL my belongings in his PERSONAL vehicle to a hotel and explained the area and what is around to eat. For a single women traveling alone I couldn't have met the best group of men and 5 star shop. Highly Recommend !!!
