My family and I hit a deer on the way to OH. I tried to use my roadside assistance, but couldn't secure a tow. We inched our way off of the highway and made it to a Kum & Go and was informed that a repair facility was literally up the road from the store. We inched to Just Automotive. WHAT A GODSEND! Not only did they repair my vehicle within the day, but they also provided us with a loaner vehicle. When I picked up my car, they left a wonderful little gift in my cupholder. I will always be eternally grateful for everything they did for my family and I. They were quick, professional, and even provided me with a link to my services. A million times, THANK YOU!!!!

We were driving home on 80 to visit family, and had some issues with our car. We pulled off the interstate and were fortunate enough to stumble into Just Automotive. They were incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and were kind enough to work us right in. Luckily our repair was minor and they were able to get us back on the road promptly and helped save our visit with family. Good service and good people. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and need service!

I had my wife's 2013 Dodge Charger in for an Alignment after I had replaced the front CV Shafts. Just Automotive's technician noticed the Outer Tie Rod Ends were worn during their thorough inspection and informed me of the issue prior to performing the alignment. I was able to replace the parts, reschedule my appointment and now it drives like new. I can't thank them enough for the vehicle inspection, diagnosis of an issue, their patience while I replaced the parts myself, and the spot-on alignment. The quality service the Charger received during both it's visits is second to none. THANK YOU! 🙂

Just Automotive is my preferred auto shop. I trust their staff and services. Additionally, their text link for vehicle inspection and to pay is incredibly convenient.

Finding an automotive shop you can trust is more difficult than it should be. Having moved since I had any non-oil change automotive work performed, I was hesitant to trust just anyone. As an example, my last oil change (at a different shop) was 3 times what was quoted; the one before that was twice what was quoted. Both had supposed reasons why the pricing changed even though they knew what vehicle I drove when they provided their quote. When my Check Engine light recently came on, I knew I needed to find someone I could trust to perform the work. Just Automotive was recommended by a friend so I reluctantly visited them. I couldn’t have been happier with the service they provided. After diagnosing my issue, they called to confirm the issue, provided an estimated cost, and gave a timeline to make the repair. They met every mark provided. I won’t be excited to go back, but when needed, I will feel much better about trusting Just Automotive to perform the work needed at a reasonable cost and doing so quickly.

I was 2 hours from home when my battery light came on. I knew the battery wasn’t old, so I figured the alternator died. An hour later everything shut down and I was stranded on the side of a very busy I-80. I googled auto repair and to my amazement and incredible luck, Just Automotive was barely a mile away. I called and explained my situation. They recommended Vance Towing, who were prompt and great as well. Got my car there and noticed during the lift that the serpentine belt was hanging down. Krista was so nice and assured me the technician would have it inspected the next day. Fortunately I have family about 90 mi away who picked me up. As promised, the next day I had a text link to the inspection report, thankfully it was just the belt. The repair was completed and I picked it up the next day. Price was very reasonable and everyone was courteous and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone needing it.
