I was 2 hours from home when my battery light came on. I knew the battery wasn’t old, so I figured the alternator died. An hour later everything shut down and I was stranded on the side of a very busy I-80. I googled auto repair and to my amazement and incredible luck, Just Automotive was barely a mile away. I called and explained my situation. They recommended Vance Towing, who were prompt and great as well. Got my car there and noticed during the lift that the serpentine belt was hanging down. Krista was so nice and assured me the technician would have it inspected the next day. Fortunately I have family about 90 mi away who picked me up. As promised, the next day I had a text link to the inspection report, thankfully it was just the belt. The repair was completed and I picked it up the next day. Price was very reasonable and everyone was courteous and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone needing it.

Very good at what they do. Got me a towing contact and gave me a ride back to the hotel. When ready came to pick me up. Did great job on my truck and on what needed to be fixed got made it back safely from Iowa to Texas. Waited patiently for payment to be done really recommend.

Honest, knowledgeable and professional. Clean comfortable waiting rooms and restrooms. Excellent communication from all staff during your vehicle's repair. They send you a link with your vehicles diagnostic and physical checkup too. Which includes photos of anything they find or inspect. They even leave a "Thank You" goody bag in your car after every visit. :)

The nicest people, definitely recommend! I was driving cross country when my check engine light came on, we stopped at Just Automotive around 4pm to have it checked it, they ran tests and even had a part rushed over to have me back on the road that day!

I have been going to Just Automotive for several years now for all of my oil changes and mechanical repairs. They do an excellent job throughout the process from taking of the appointment to follow-up after service. Communication of repair needs is clear and prices are reasonable.
